Sri Luxe Escapes is a Sri Lankan–owned Destination Management Company (DMC) founded by a multidisciplinary team of three engineers and a professional pilot, all of whom are seasoned travellers across Sri Lanka and around the world. We are a registered Private Limited Company in Sri Lanka and a registered Destination Management Company with the Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority. Our company was built with a clear intention: to bring engineering discipline, innovation, aviation-grade safety awareness, and global travel insight to how Sri Lanka is presented and managed as a destination. Having traveled extensively ourselves, we understand what discerning travelers value - efficient planning, thoughtful pacing, comfort, authenticity, and reliability. We combine this traveler's perspective with deep local knowledge and structured operational systems to deliver journeys that feel both effortless and meaningful. We are not travel product resellers. We are on-ground destination managers, supporting established travel agencies independent travellers and tour operators in Canada and the USA seeking professionally curated Sri Lankan journeys. Our unique sightseeing customisation mechanism is built to help independent travellers to curate their journey without second-guessing about the quality.
Design for Growth
Destination management is just the start! Sri Luxe Escape was founded to fill a white space in the world's largest travel market as a DMC. But we aim to be a travel technology platform that eases travel agencies' adoption of Sri Lanka as a destination, enabling the Sri Lankan diaspora to support Sri Lanka through tourism, and, lastly, establishing sustainable tourism by ensuring the flow of tourism benefits to the local Community.
